Divorce rates will increase significantly after couples are home quarantined together due to the coronavirus epidemic. Stress is not good for even the healthiest of marriages but it can be what pushes a marriage on the brink right over the edge. The notion of being trapped in a house (and in some cases a small New York City apartment) with a spouse that was annoying to you when you only saw him/her for a few hours a day can definitely be distressing.
