Carol Heady


Carol Heady is the founder and president of Learning and Performance Solutions, a Human Resource Development consulting and training practice specializing in leadership and management development programs, customer service consulting and training, and career management. 

 

A professional trainer, facilitator and executive coach, Carol is fiercely passionate about leadership development, particularly helping women succeed. Early in her career she had the opportunity to go through an executive development program and it was life changing. Seeing how much that experience empowered her and helped her become a successful leader, she has made it her mission to help as many other women develop their leadership skills through her coaching and transformative training programs. To support this mission, Carol founded Leadership Chicks, a series of programs designed to help develop leadership potential with Millennial Female Leaders. 

 

Carol is co-author of the book, Turning Rants Into Raves: Turn Your Customers on Before They Turn on YOU! She is a contributing author to The New Female Leader, Women as Leaders: Strategies for Empowerment, and Communication and Group Coaching: A Comprehensive Blueprint. She obtained her M.S. in Organizational Management and Human Resource Development from Manhattanville College, and received her executive coaching certification from the Center of Executive Coaching. In addition, she is a certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner from Genos International.
