Dr. Myrna Clarice Munchus (Amai), born under the stars on Wed., April 11, 1951, as a dancer & traveler, is a citizen of the world. She brings her elder wisdom into her work through Dance, Ritual & Storytelling. Amai began to dance in 1955, and to travel in 1965. She is Founder & Spiritual Director of the international healing arts ministry, Amai’s Magic. For over 25 years, Amai has traveled the globe on spiritual pilgrimage. She conceived & developed her healing dance process, Movement for the Soul, the cornerstone of her work as a sacred guide for personal healing and transformation. Amai’s long-term goals include becoming a published author of at least two books that have been waiting a very long time to be born, and gracing the 'Big Stage' as a transformational speaker & workshop leader. Amai has conducted her 'wisdom work' in at least 20 countries on the planet, as an offering of her gifts of service to the world. She intends to carry her work forward into the 4th quarter of her life, beginning next year, as she turns her 75th rotation around the Sun.
