Heike Yates


Heike is an Exercise and Nutrition Expert, Speaker, and Fitness Studio Owner with 30 years of experience in the industry. She empowers women in midlife to take back their health and strength with simple fitness strategies. She invented the Pilates with Resist-A-Ball program and teacher trainer course. Heike is the creator of Pursue Your Spark and the host of the podcast by the same name.

She developed the 4 Week Lean Out Program and her 5 Spark Strategy guide for women in midlife. Heike helps women in midlife pursue their spark by designing simple and balanced fitness, nutrition, and mindset programs.
