Ian Standard

I'm Ian Standard, a mindset coach for new and soon-to be dads. I was born and raised in the US, moved around a bunch and finally landed in Alaska. When I met my wife, we moved back to her first home, a small village about two hours north of Athens, Greece. For most of my career, I have worked in mental health and experiential education, primarily in the outdoors. All of these years have brought me to where I am now, a dad to a 8-week old baby boy named Zef, helping other dads get their heads on straight so they can take fatherhood on with a calm confidence that helps them love the new identity they take on.
