My mission is to hold you accountable for what you want to accomplish in fitness.

I was not always clear on the thread that connected my professional and personal lives through the ups and downs.  Why did I stay committed when I could easily flake? Why did I stay committed when things got hard? Why did I stay committed when results seemed impossible? Simple. I held myself accountable.
