Established Sentinel Consulting Services, Inc. (SCS) to better serve federal, state, local, and commercial clients through the provision of Information Technology Services and Mission-Oriented Business Services. SCS provides information assurance, cybersecurity, I.T. auditing, & project management services to public & private organizations to help them effectively & safely manage their critical data.  SCS takes pride in its ability to strategically deliver information technology solutions to a diverse portfolio of Federal, State, and Local Government, as well as private sector organizations customers.  We help clients with Information Assurance, Cyber Security, and Project Management to include the following: 

· Perform information assurance duties related to Assessment & Authentication (A&A)

· Review of cybersecurity processes, procedures, documentation, and physical and personnel security.

· Create and manage program charters that define scope and goals with high-level and detailed network-based schedules.

Consummate and result-driven professionals with 20+ years of government and corporate experience in Information Technology, coupled with a strong background in Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities, Risk Management Framework, Information Assurance, and Information Security System, and Project Management.

· Developed and maintained formal Information System (IS) security programs and policies

· Project-managed deployment of software integration

· Provide support and preparation for I.T. auditing of system security posture

· Developed A&A documentation and conducted annual security reviews by Special Publication 800-53 and other NIST guidance

Mr. Jude Dominique Joseph, MS, ITILv3, CISM, CISA, PMP is the Founder/President/CEO of SCS and a Cyber Security Professional who has worked in the Information Technology field for over 24 years.  Mr. Joseph has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer-Based Information Systems from Howard University in Washington, DC.  He also has a Master of Science Degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) in Adelphi, Maryland.  He is also an adjunct professor at Howard University’s School of Business at the Information Systems and Supply Chain Management Department.
