Sarah McDavis likes to do a lot of different things. Sometimes that causes problems, but usually it keeps her the right amount of busy. Sarah is a children’s author, illustrator, digital presence educator, book coach, kids yoga instructor, and founder of Wonder Creek Media and the Start Effect in Pittsburgh, PA. Wonder Creek Media is a children’s media company that creates entertaining and informative books, mini character zines, and more. The first book for kids 7-10 (OCTO, PI, AND THE MISSING EGG) is out now and the second is scheduled for Summer 2025! In addition to creating media, Wonder Creek Media provides educational author visit programs, workshops, and story themed kids’ yoga classes. Through speaking events and coaching with the Start Effect, Sarah helps creatives navigate the overwhelming task of building and maintaining a digital presence by providing strategic guidance and practical tools to own who you are online.
