Stephanie Brislin
Stephanie is a mom like so many others, balancing life’s demands in the fast-paced world of Southern California. But there’s something unique about her: she possesses a powerful superpower. She is alcohol-free, and it has completely transformed her life.
As a “Steph-mom,” and later a mother to her own children, Stephanie thought that wine was the answer to managing the endless anxieties, frustrations, and pressures of being a working parent. After all, it was the quick fix to unwind after a long day. But over time, Stephanie found awareness in a hard reality—that alcohol wasn’t easing her stress, it was making it worse.
The realization hit her hard, but it also sparked a life-changing transformation. She made the bold decision to trade in the coping mechanism of wine for something far more powerful: self-compassion and curiosity. Through this process, Stephanie learned to embrace her emotions fully, face the tough moments with courage, and find true joy without the haze of alcohol.
Now, Stephanie’s mission is to help other moms who find themselves leaning on wine to navigate the ups and downs of motherhood. She knows firsthand how difficult it is to juggle young kids, work, and everything else, and yet, she also knows how precious this fleeting time with them is. Stephanie doesn’t just see the struggles; she sees the beauty in it all.
She’s there to support and guide moms who may feel overwhelmed by the pressures of parenthood, showing them that they can be fully present, empowered, and free. She helps women take a hard look at the role alcohol plays in their lives and gently invites them to explore new tools to navigate life—without shame or judgment.
For many of Stephanie's clients, it’s not just about their relationship with alcohol; it's about being fully present in the lives of their children—and even their grandchildren. She understands that the role of "mom" never truly ends. It’s never too late to make a change. It's never too late to reclaim the moments that matter most.
Stephanie has been alcohol-free since March 27, 2020—a day when the world was in chaos, and people were turning to bottles to cope. While the world stocked up on wine, Stephanie was stocking up on her own power. She knew that if she could face that uncertain moment without alcohol, she could face anything. It was her moment of freedom. Her moment of reclaiming herself.
Stephanie has walked the path of questioning social norms, navigating real-world challenges, and choosing a life of presence over numbing. She helps women do the same, guiding them with compassion and curiosity. Together, they explore the rich, raw beauty of life—discovering that, when we stop running from our feelings, when we allow ourselves to simply be—we step into the fullest expression of who we truly are.
It is in this place of authenticity, of true connection with ourselves, that we find our purpose.
