About ~
Lorraine Miller is a health coach, author, and creator of the Gratitude To Bliss™ app. After struggling with infertility for over five years, she was desperate for a tool to help her cope with the uncertainty, stress, and hopelessness she felt on a daily basis. That tool showed up in the form of a very simple gratitude practice she began doing each day and it changed her life forever. A few months later, Lorraine's Mom died suddenly. Though tragic, Lorraine realized her gratitude practice cushioned the blow by allowing her to feel tremendous gratitude for her Mom. Soon after, she decided to devote her coaching work to helping others experience what she did. She has written books, developed workshops, and created an app to help make the practice of gratitude simple, accessible, and powerful.
A few years later, Lorraine gave birth to a healthy boy and now credits her gratitude practice for helping her be the very best Mom she can be. "Gratitude is often overlooked and seen as too basic or trite, but the science shows people who practice consistently experience lower stress and up to 25% more happiness, and that is very exciting," says Miller who encourages her clients to spend just five minutes with gratitude every day and be open to receiving the many blessings it brings.
